Pooltoy Dragon startup! Ayru!
Hey there everyone! Much like many of you here, I've got a dream - To entertain the world with the manifestations of imagination. And yes, YES, that IS a gargantuan inflatable dragon! And yes, you WILL be able to get your paws on one of these! In fact, that's why I'm here!
This design has proven itself resilient. This inflatable dragon can support a lot of weight - Between 200-400 pounds on land without major stress and about twice that when in the pool.
So what happens if I can meet my goal? WELL! We can FURTHER this project!
What you're seeing here is the prototype. Said prototype had the strengths mentioned above If the budget's met, a mark 2 will be developed. And once that's developed... Well... A mass production will begin, and you will be able to purchase one of these at an affordable rate - No, for realsies! We're shootin' for a couple hundred but who knows? Not bad for a monstrosity like this!
Since incorporating to take this project further, I'd be using it in the most productive means I can.

Business Incorporation for instance, a Mark 2 Prototype,
Conventions and trade show travel? They're the reason I'm here, to entertain the masses in the most appropriate places! A marketing budget, Consultations on running the business, and a buffer to keep the cogs turning for a good while due to freedom of no overhead!

A word from the designer;
The name's Kenneth Doyle. I'm a convention-goer and hobbyist writer who's been big on conventions and festivals. I've always had a draw to anime, video game, tabletop, animation and movie culture for as long as I can remember, and subsequently found myself part of a number of events, such as Fan Expo and Anime North in Toronto. So many of you who go to these events are nothing short of amazing. <3
The dragon you see here is an original character for a cartoon metaverse I've developed very recently. And hanging out with artists and toymakers in my peer group, I was given an amusing idea and... Well... You can see now which direction that went. Bwaha!
I wasn't the first to do something like this... But I wanted to take the concept of toy design out of my peer group and see what everyone else thought of it.
Later I decided to take it to Anime North and a couple other smaller events before that to see what people though. What people thought about it blew my expectations away. So guess what! Considering how much people liked it and wanted one well... I think it's time I made this dream a reality!
I want to thank EVERYONE here for visiting my page as well as the incredible reception I've received online and through these events to over the months. Without you people I wouldn't even be here! I'm delighted so many of you want to see this take place! I'm excited to see where this goes... I hope to get this design into as many paws as I can!
